She has shined as an author, speaker and leader through 4 completely different decades of leadership: As a Petroleum Engineer, an international business leader and speaker to more than 100,000 business associates around the world. She was the leader of an 80 family Homeschool Co-op and Founder and President of Winter Summit Ministries Inc.

Her first book (2013), Are You Enough? Encouragement for the Overwhelmed and Exhausted Homeschool Mom was written to encourage the weary homeschool mom.

She has published 15 YouVersion Bible reading plans to build and encourage others (with over 400,000 subscribers).Roxanne is a Certified Christian life coach, leads DEEPER INTENSIVE getaways and actively speaks at conventions, seminars and workshops nationwide.
